No. Choose the language the business speaks and describe what you need in your own words. EVA handles the conversation and saves the answers in your workspace.
No. You review the numbers, request, language and voice first. A call starts only when you submit it. Repeating an old request opens an editable draft.
You’ll see that the business did not answer. There are no automatic retries. You can choose to try again later, and unanswered ringing does not consume your included call time.
Audio recording is off. The system processes the conversation to produce a concise result. You can delete completed call content from your workspace.
